Tenant Fees:

1 Month rent in advance

Deposit - 5 weeks rent/ 6 weeks rent if property income is over £50,000

Holding deposit - 1-week rent

Change of occupancy - £50 inc VAT

Late payment fee (14+days) - £50 inc VAT

Leave tenancy before end date - £50 inc VAT

Additional Key cut - £25 inc VAT

Additional New fob - £50 inc VAT

Landlord fees:

Lettings only - 9% +VAT (10.80%)

Rent Collection - 11% +VAT (13.20%)

Standard Lettings and property management–13% + VAT (15.60%)

Premium Lettings and property management–15% + VAT (18.00%)

Property inspections - free of charge to our managed landlords - (£60+ VAT for Let Only)

Anti-money laundering - free of charge to our managed landlords

Income/expenditure report - free of charge for our landlords

EPC (Energy Performance Certificate 10 Year Warranty) - £100 +VAT

Gas safety certificate - from £90 +VAT

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR ) - £150 +VAT

Inventory & check-in/check-out report - from £150 +VAT 1 Bed, £170+VAT 2 bed, £195+VAT 3 Bed

Tenancy clean depends on size of the property - from £200 +VAT 1 Bed, £240+VAT 2 bed, £280+VAT 3 Bed

Tenancy Agreement fee - £125 +VAT

Reference fee - £50 +VAT per Tenancy

Deposit protection registration- £50 +VAT

Court appearance - £150 p/h

Vendor fees:

Sole agency - 1.75% +VAT (2.1%)

Multiple Agency - 3% +VAT (3.6%)

Solicitor Service referral fee- £200
