Property Management

We have an extremely experienced team of property managers and do our very best to resolve most issues regarding our client's tenancies within a reasonable timeframe.

We select qualified, experienced tradesmen who provide a quality maintenance and problem solving services for our landlords. We use reliable tradesmen that we feel happy recommending, be it plumbers, electricians or builders. In nearly every situation, we use contractors who have provided our clients with a good level of service previously, however occasionally, we do introduce new suppliers and monitor their performance, as well as making sure the tenants have been respected when carrying out the maintenance or repair.

Part of our management service provides our landlords with two, yearly inspections on the property, as well as a written report on each visit, commenting on condition of the property, how the tenants are maintaining and looking after the property and any recommendations we would suggest to keep the property in excellent condition.

We are the main point of contact for your tenants throughout their entire period of occupation.

Any issues the tenants have will be dealt with by the property management team. We will send you regular statements of your account, [ normally quarterly] and copies of twice yearly property inspections.

We will contact you should there be a maintenance issue that needs dealing with as a priority and the cost of which is above the standard float held on account [ normally £300].

Short Term Rentals

McMahon & Partners provide a short term rental service for tenants looking to move into a London property but who can't commit to a long term agreement. These tenancies are normally rented inclusive of utility charges, and most have all the benefits of a normal long term tenancy. Many enjoy concierge or porter services, on site gym etc, and typically include cleaning services and Wi-Fi. Despite being similar costs to a hotel, for many clients, the experience is a far more pleasurable solution to their short term accommodation needs.
